 Wild Raspberry

"With mellow grassy undertones and sweet raspberry notes, this is one of our
most soothing greens."

Both green and black teas can be produced from the same bush. In green manufacture, the freshly plucked leaves are steamed or heated (to kill the enzymes that cause fermentation) immediately and then bruised either by machine or hand.

According to Japanese standards, the freshly plucked leaves are steamed prior to processing. Next, the leaf is pan-fried - a process that gives
the tea a distinctive glossy look and feel, then expertly blended and flavoured.
Sencha is known for its dark green, needle-shaped leaf and pale green, yellowish liquor. Like all green teas, Sencha is known to be exceptionally high in antioxidants and polyphenols. As such, recent scientific research appears to indicate that it may have an impact on the prevention of certain types of cancers.

We insist on using only natural flavouring oils, high quality tea tastes good and natural flavours do not overpower the great taste of
the high-grade tea, also natural flavours leave no aftertaste giving the tea a clean and true character. (The practice for some making flavoured tea is to use overpowering artificial flavours, which may be an indicator of a covered up lower quality tea).
Natural flavours tend to be more delicate and subtle, most find this a refreshing change and is one of the desired qualities of our naturally flavoured teas.

A wonderfully refreshing tea that is an absolute must try for all Sencha lovers.
With mellow grassy undertones and sweet raspberry notes, this is one of our most soothing greens.

Refreshing delicate flavour one of my first choices of green teas. Also I never feel bloated so good for my digestion too.

Been buying this for years. LOVE IT

I just love this tea & now share with my future daughter in law as she is hooked too, no body else in the family drinks it though.
I've tried so many different green teas & this one is my absolute favourite.
5* service from Teacakes of Yorkshire.

Just not for me

I know many folk like or love this tea but I do not. I much prefer the unadulterated - that is green tea on it's own with mancha or sencha leaves. This is just a personal opinion - i love rasps on their own and tea on its own and will still buy the decaff version which I drink every day and love it
Even my cupboard smells every time I open the door { of raspberries)

Love this tea

This is the best flavoured green tea I've ever had. I originally bought it from a local shop and loved it so much I had to buy it in bulk from the supplier. It's fresh with proper leaf pieces which unfold in the hot water, no dust and it tastes divine, a proper green tea taste with a delicious hint of raspberry. Just divine!
